Encouraging new research suggests that the caffeine and antioxidants from guayusa may help gaming performance by providing nootropic focus with fewer jitters than traditional forms of caffeine. Applied Food Sciences (AFS) recently launched its branded AmaTea® Max organic guayusa extract using a patented process to enhance the naturally occurring antioxidants and caffeine from guayusa leaves. To help determine its impact on nootropic performance in gaming, The University of Memphis College of Health Sciences recently concluded a first-of-its-kind esports study looking at markers in mental focus, stamina, reaction time, and jitter response throughout 4 hours of gameplay.
